Make sure that you are setting a good bedtime as well as a proper time to wake up in the morning.

Eating a good breakfast will help to power your mind and will prevent you from thinking about hunger. Make sure that you are eating something which is high in protein and without a lot of fat. This will help you to feel your best while you are sitting for the test.
